Daniel Mizell and Chris Mensman are two of the most sincere, down to earth people I've ever met...and they're lawyers! They've made us feel confident and assured that they would do anything in their power to make things right in our cases. You really really can't put a price on peace of mind. These guys are the best!

We were so lucky to have found such an amazing lawyer. He worked long hours on our case. He fought for our son as a criminal lawyer. I came to Mr. Mensman with a case that seemed unreconcilable. My comp insurance was giving me the run around, had sent me to work early and refused payment of several instances. Chris was forthright and blunt from the get-go. “I don’t believe we can do anything but we will try”. Don’t confuse this statement with lack of confidence in his ability- He only said this because of the lack of information we had to work with. He was simply being straight with me as to not get my hopes too high. Chris worked diligently and professionally to get me the services and final settlement which resulted in a higher financial amount then we honestly thought possible. My life is back on track and I’m able to afford my medical needs on my own and also the remedies for debt accrued during my down time from work. I had a friend that was dealing with some good ole boys type of law enforcement, basically being accused of doing nothing illegal and the District Attorney for this area wanted him to plead guilty for something he didn't do. I sent him over to Jarrett because I know the type of man and lawyer he is and he would be able to resolve. After short time the case was dropped and charges removed, just like I knew would happen. Mr. Ambeau worked diligently on my defense for over three years for the cost he quoted me originally. Like other reviewers mentioned, there would be an additional cost had we gone to trial due to the extensive amount of additional work that trial preparations would require, but that was clearly communicated to me in the beginning. His rapport with other lawyers and the DA's office was an asset during discussions, getting them to both listen and understand my position and I believe was directly responsible for eventual leniency. I'm very satisfied with Mr. Ambeau's representation and would recommend him to anyone seeking professional council.

He has done an outstanding job helping my son and working hard to get him the best outcome. Though I'm not easy to deal with as a mother, he is very understanding and respectful. Mr Ambeau gave me a set price (which was paid up front) but advised (after several months) that he wanted to go to trial with my husband's case and this would be an additional 10k (which was also paid). He instructed me that if he did not go to trial, he would refund the money back. My husband did not go to trial and he refused to refund us the additional 10k that was paid. We paid for a couple "specialists" and was told that was included in the amount paid. He told me he used these specialists, but I have yet to see any documentation from one of "specialist". I asked for an itemized bill so I could see where the money was spent, nothing justifies the amount of money we paid this man. This was a living nightmare for my family. Mr Ambeau lied to me and my spouse (I had proof of this) but he did not budge. He lied to my husband and myself throughout the entire process. I would not recommend him to anyone for legal services. If you are looking for someone to work for you, be upfront and honest and justify the amount they have charged you, he is NOT THE ONE!!
