Worst experience with Merckle. Worst experience ever. Worked for my ex instead of for me. Called me crazy, her worst client she’s ever dealt with (all because I asked questions about the process and what was going on), and some other things. Wouldn’t keep me informed of anything. When we went to court she didn’t fight for me at all. She would tell me every time I was worried that my ex had no leg to stand on. Well he stood on both legs while I was knocked down onto my knees. Wouldn’t even disclose what happened behind closed doors even though my husband knew what happened. Took a lot of my money and didn’t do a thing. Wouldn’t recommend them for anything. Does not seem very ethical in my eyes. Said she’s usually 11,000, but she did it for a cheaper price. Well she didn’t even do a great job for the money I gave her. She got me what’s required by Law plus my car insurance paid and told me it was the best deal I could ask for. Not when it’s what’s required by Law. She also told me good luck finding someone better than her to take my case. Guess what! I did and he’s so much better right out the gate than this office. Also I had to call to set up my appointment to discuss how court would go. The lady that helps her said oh you have court this week? Not impressed to say the least. Current attorney went through my file and nothing was done, not even any communication between my exes attorney and herself. Hmmm that’s interesting.

I work for a client of this law firm, and they have treated him with so much respect during his custody battle for his daughter. I recommend this firm to anyone and everyone..Thank you

I went in there met with the paralegal an specificly stated I wanted to hire Ryan Gatti. Well I ended up with Emily Merckle, I ended up with an attorney who screwed me over and didn’t fight one bit for me against my ex wife and child support she was demanding. So since Emily did not fight for me, what I hired Ryan Gatti to do. She ended up with $2000.00 a month in child support. An my ex wife makes more money than I do. I wouldn’t hire this firm if they were the last on earth! Cause now not only did she not fight for me now I’m trying to figure out how to keep a roof over my head with my last paycheck being $172 after child support. Not only that Emily never once spoke up in court she never defended me and just gave them what they wanted without sitting down an actually reviewing anything before court.
