Community, let me share with you my honest experience with this law firm. Nov. of 2022 I was involved in an accident as I was out on the Uber app. Approximately around Nov. 2022 - Jan. 2023 I hired this firm to represent me. During the month of Sept. 23’ this firm called telling me that Uber has a $1million dollar policy that they would like to go after. This firm was insisting that I get in touched with their assigned pain doctor, and that I may need to receive a few injections to show that I may have been suffering (layman’s term: “fake it”). I immediately felt something was off, I contacted Uber insurance and they have never heard anything of this sort about a $1million policy. I reached out to the firm, complained about this bogus propaganda only to hear a bunch of stuttering and inaccurate information. A few weeks ago, I was asked to come in to sign the check. I was in between school and work, it took me a few weeks to sign this check. However, it was signed a few weeks ago. The very sweet receptionist brought to my attention that “they had this check since April. She was leery about the bank not excepting the check because they had it so long, even though I was discharged from the chiropractor on 05 June 2023”. I followed up with the firm about if everything was okay with the check, I was told “there are some liens on your medical bills”. I requested to see the medical bills because another attorney that consulted told me “He should have been done with this long time ago”. After receiving the documents, one bill was dated back in February and the other was on the 19 of September 2023. The staff member I spoke with told me that she had sent out a letter and she will reach out to me once she hears something. Community, I took time to write this review so you would be informed of the neglections and the confusion I’ve encountered. You could use my experiences to determine if this would be something you would like to have to deal with. The accident was enough. Dealing with this firm has been worser than my accident. If you do decide to give them a try, record your conversations and keep a paper trail of everything via emails. I wish you the best.
