Absolutely one of the greatest law firms I have come across, had issues in LA. and John worked continuously to resolve the issue , took a case most would not touch and they handled it in a timely manner .
I would definitely use Tim Upton & Associates in any future issues .

I was told by him and his staff his was a criminal attorney. Had I had been told he was a ambulance chaser I would have never hired him to defend my son in in a murder case. My son got 40 years for manslauder only because it was manslauder to begin with that was the evidence and that was all they could charge him with. But because Tim was in over his head he made my son believe that they would find him guilty of murder and give him life. Hire him or morris Bart. Your choice.
