Six months ago my son, who was only 19 at the time, plead guilty to multiple felony drug possession charges. He was given a 5 year suspended sentence and 5 years probation. Three months ago he was arrested again. He was facing a 10 year minimum mandatory sentence on the new charges and the 5 year suspended sentence for violating his probation. I searched online for "drug possession" attorney's and came across Ernie's website. I called the number at 7:30 a.m. fully expecting to leave a message. To my surprise Ernie, who was on vacation in Florida at the time, answered the phone and talked with me for 20 minutes about my son's situation. He said he would go to see my son at the jail the following week. After the meeting, I met with Ernie to discuss the situation and I eventually hired him. Only 3 months and 2 days from his arrest, my son was released from jail with an added condition to his probation which is to complete the 22nd JDC drug court program!
