Lieu was excellent. We contacted her with only a few days remaining prior to a court date for a family member. She investigated our family’s case on the same afternoon that we initially contacted her, in order to provide us with realistic potential outcomes of the case. She did this work PRIOR to being hired on the case, with no obligation to us. She was very thorough, and communicated and guided us throughout the entire process. Assertive, compassionate, and very personable. Highly recommend.
