We purchased a piece of property from a friend and used Mr. Welborn’s office for the closure. Ms. Longino helped guide us through the process and advised on everything we would need prior to closing day. We closed within two weeks of the first call made. Mr. Welborn worked quickly and efficiently to get us taken care of. Everything went smoothly.
