As is the case with many individuals when you find yourself in a situation where you need to hire an attorney or seek legal advice, I was not in high spirits or overjoyed. However, upon meeting Kent Aguillard, I immediately knew something was different about him, not only as an attorney, but also as a man. Kent's objective and sound advice not only drastically contributed to my "not so good" legal situation becoming "very good" situation, but he also made me a better person with a different point of view on life. Kent is an Honorable Christian man first, and an outstanding & experienced Attorney second. I can assure you that Attorneys such as Kent are few and far between, and men such as Kent are a dying breed. Kent was a breath of fresh air as I had come to believe that when faced with Bankruptcy, Litigations and other legal/life hardships, it was almost certain that Attorneys would swarm in to take advantage of me, however, he changed my outlook both personally and professionally. I strongly recommend Kent as an Attorney, and I will always consider him friend.
