If I could give a Ten Star review to Joseph Marino and Davidson Ehle that wouldn’t be enough ! I was wrongly accused and criminally charged for a battery that occurred on my property recently. A individual showed up drunk to my residence and my wife called the police, the individual was told that he was not allowed on the premises and not to exit his vehicle, to no avail. The individual exited vehicle and charged me throwing his hands at me. In self defense I slapped this individual with an opened hand twice and I called the police giving his name and vehicle description as he fled . To my And 3 eye witnesses surprise I was the one criminally charged and civilly sued. I immediately retained Marino and Ehle, who refused a plea deal offer by the District Attorney’s office and set my case for trial. Mr. Marino met with all the witnesses and throughly prepared for trial obtaining key evidence from the recorded 911 calls. My Trial lasted 5 1/2 Hours but I knew I was in good hands as I watched Mr. Marino catch the accuser in numerous lies , then point out the poor and lack of investigative effort by the police officers that testified . Mr. Marino continued to fight and win numerous objections by the DA throughout the trial never giving up and totally taking the District Attorney to school in this case. Verdict Rendered - NOT GUILTY !

Mr. Marino is such great attorney. He helped me tremendously with a situation I was dealing with. I would recommend him to anyone who needs similar help!

If you would have told me at any point in my life that I would need a criminal defense attorney, I would have laughed in your face. There are plenty of bad people in this world but I assure you I am not one of them. But I now know, sometimes bad things happen to good people. Anyway, I found Mr. Marino through a family friend and I'm so grateful that I did. I trusted this man with my life and here I sit, writing this 5 star review, from the comfort of my home. I truly hope that no one I know will ever need a criminal lawyer but I know exactly who I will recommend if they do.

Best attorney hands down,20 yrs ago this man saved my life I was facing a minimum of 5-10 yrs and he fought one of the toughest judges back then and convinced him to give me a second chance, Might I add i was broke at the time and still got the treatment like I was a millionaire I am so grateful to this man. Since then I've started my own business and never looked back All because I got a second chance thanks to Marino!!!!!!
