I had what seemed to be a difficult case that seemed to be headed in the wrong direction. Ms. Williams kept communication, she kept me grounded and she helped me to stay positive knowing that we, with all the factual information and all the proof, just needed to let the process work. I was scared and leary, but she told me to stay focused. Then after several months, she found that there were discrepancies and flat out lies against me. I originally hired a different attorney after being falsely charged with a DUI. My first attorney kept trying to convince me to accept diversion and did not think we had a good chance of winning my case. Two weeks before my trial I dropped him and hired Gaynell. Not only did she believe in me as a person, but she believed in my case. She was able to convince the DA to see the evidence for what it was - proof I hadn’t been drinking, and the charge was dropped without having to go to trial.
