PLEASE I DO NOT RECOMMEND , Hired him Oct 19th 2023 paid my deposit n full, to hire him he did not give me a hard time to take my money. Ok so once he was hired he informed me that a police report takes 7-10 days to be completed. I DID NOT contact him for a week thinking that everything would be okay by the next time we speak.I waited a week to reach out to him, i asked him if he had any updates on anything not specifically the police report , his only words to me was they still don’t have the police report i said okay not a problem he said as soon as the da gets it they will call me. I said thank you, by now it has been 2 weeks no progress. My boyfriend who is incarcerated found another attorney, so he wanted me to get my deposit back and we started to just work with the new attorney. Mind you we still have no info from ANGELLETE. As soon as i went to the office for my deposit back he was not. in the office i had to go back the next day, next day i went, thats when he stated he filed a motion for court, meanwhile that was NEVER communicated to me. As soon as i stated deposit back, thats when the motions were filed so he took 1,000 dollars from me because he said he worked for that amount and he can only give me 500 dollars on Saturday 10/28/23 back which i felt was wrong. I called on Monday and also went to the office to get the 500.00, the accountant again stated that the attorney wasn’t in office but he was in office and easy to get in-touch with when i gave him my money. He lied to the account and told her he informed me i had to sign a termination letter in order to get the funds back and it would be ready Tuesday. I went into the office Tuesday NO CHECK. Then the accountant going to say it has to go in someone else name who didn’t pay anything on the deposit. She then stated the check will be ready on Friday when checks go out on 11/3/23. I went to pick the check up at 11am NO ATTORNEY in office. I tried contacting the attorney. myself from the number he provided he did not answer the phone nor reply to my text. I Had to go back at 4. I got there at 4 opened the envelope to a check with MY NAME MIS-SPELLED. It didn’t take them not even 10 minutes to remake the check with my correct name ,i wonder why. it took 1 week to refund me my money when on the day of made it within 5 minutes. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. VERY BAD TO NO COMMUNICATION . MONEY HUNGRY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Don't ever contact you after taking your money,only talks to the DA the day off your court date,Treats you like your guilty rather you are or not.Will sell out you if you have a smaller charge for the ones that pay him more on larger charges, I would hate to have him and be in jail, bc I was on bond and he ghosted me,I could go on and on, but no enough room to write.
