Since the very moment I answered my phone the representative made me feel comfortable, like I truly was important to her, and she comforted me every single step of the way assuring me that they would be able to help me with getting my credit score where it should already had been.... Once I was connected to the lady whom had taken my case she too made sure to make it a point of having me feel IMPORTANT..... Before even mentioning anything about me having to pay she had already pulled up my case, credit score, and the company names that were the reason for my credit score being so poor.. Then once I found out it was a company in which I did NOT owe ANY money to first she made it a point to ask if she had made all the information clear for me or if I had any questions followed by the solution she had for this huge problem I am having... Not for a second during our hour an a half phone call did I get the feeling that all she wanted was my money but instead it felt like we had been friends forever and she was just genuinely wanting to help me get my life on the right track I'm working to get it at. Thank you guys so much for everything
