When Martin Regan was alive, he was the best. Understanding, responsed back in timely manner. He fought for you and explained everything.. He did everything he said he would do and went above and beyond. WISH THE WERE MORE LIKE HIM.

Do not spend your money. He is worse than a public defender. He should have his license revoked instead of suspended.

Had them for 4 months and they updated only two items on my credit. They also continued to charge me even after I cancelled and I have yet to hear from anyone. No phone number is provided just email and a schedule a call for 2-3 weeks out.

DO NOT HAVE ANY CONFIDENCE IN PABLO PEREZ . HE failed to file any of my paperwork on time and lost all of my rights. He did not get me the MRI that the doctor ordered and he admitted to malpractice and claimed he would not charge me and then he forged my signature on a settlement check with an insurance provider behind my back and stole $10,000 from me and refused to return any of my calls or texts. I reported him to the Louisiana disciplinary committee to have his license revoked. All he would ever tell me was that my “shipped had sailed”. It is about time for his ship to sail him to jail for fraud and deceit and robbery.

My mother called today to request some information about changing her last name back to her maiden name after filing for divorce. She requested a Spanish speaking operator, and the lady who answered was so horribly rude. No person should be addressed the way my mother was addressed. She felt incredibly offended by this interaction. I don’t know if this lady was having an off day or is just prejudiced against the Latin community, but it is unacceptable. I wish we would have caught her name.

Highly dissatisfied with my services. I signed up in January for help with my credit. I was assured the company can help with removing negative items. It is now June and not a single item has been removed. The company was challenging old and closed accounts that I did not request them to do. I feel my time and money has been wasted. They didn’t start sending out letters until February. What’s the point of providing you all with the accounts to focus on if you’re just going to ignore it. The same thing happened to me on the past, silly of me to give this company another shot of helping me. I do not recommend using their services.

The best for 4 years for me

Two years ago this coming August we had to file Chapter 13. These ladies tried to help me with everything they had and were extremely nice to me. I will be calling them soon about another matter and look forward to speaking with them again
