Like others I met Mr. Marrero at a difficult time in my life. I had been working with a prominent local attorney (now a judge) when it became apparent a Bankruptcy attorney would be the next step. We went to French Quarter to meet with a prominent individual in the Bankrupycy World and Mr. Marrero's name topped the list. My attorney had just sought confirmation. Mr. Marrero was direct, efficient, kept me in line and on time. With hardship does not come kindness or breaks so when someone helps to make your life simpler, safer, better, worth it again, more straight forward others should know. I was on the verge of loosing my home and so muck more. Went on line and searched foreclosure help. I found Mr. Robert L. Marrero. Called and told him of my issue and then went see him. He explained everything to me and made me understand what I would be facing but in the end that he would save my home and give me a fresh start. He was very straight forward and always answered all my stupid questions. Everything went well and I am happy and still living in my home. Thank you for all you did for me and my family. The absolute worst service you could ever imagine. I was delegated to a totally unknown inexperienced new attorney by the name of Pablo Perez who totally could not have cared less about me or my case. He did not file my paperwork and suit with the courts on time and list all of my rights and he did not send me for my proper medical treatments of an MRI, he would not ever return my calls nor my texts . He never ever did what he said he would do. He told me he was waiving all of his attorney fees and he stole 3394.99 from me plus filing fees which were for nothing and also paid a chiropractor 3000.00 for doing nothing. I would totally not recommend anyone at this firm. He would constellations me that my ship had sailed snd would not ever mail me any correspondence regarding my suit.

Worst lawyer ever. Promised a deal and never delivered. Paid 10,000 and got 5 years which I could have gotten myself as that’s all they were asking. Doesn’t fight for you at all, just takes your money and gives in to get himself better deals for his higher profile cases. If you have anything other than drug charges or a high profile case don’t waste your time and money with him. He didn’t even pay the court cost like he promised and doesn’t respond to emails.
