Lauren agreed to help me on relatively short notice. She was prompt in returning my phone calls, and everything played exactly as she said it would. Very confident and approachable.

Lauren promised to file suit in a week before I paid her. three weeks after I paid suit still not filed. would not return phone calls. when I finally got ahold of her was told she was too busy to represent me. She did not one thing she told me she would except accept her retainer
