I went to this establishment with my family to have a form notarized and we were greeted with the most demeaning behavior one could imagine. Least to say we walked away and did not want to continue with any service. The attorney was not present yet a lady was the one who greeted us with her frowns and must be sorrows. I would not recommend this place, as the office lady working there lacks character and courtesy. If you have a pinch of melanin, keep going until you are greeted with just as much respect as any other. I hate to give the one star but it is the only way to leave a review and I wish I could place this lady's picture so everyone knows how she treated my family

Mr. Rue is amazing!! I was in and out of court with my daughter’s father and a previous attorney for a year and a half. MrRue stepped in and within 2 court appearances I had sole custody of my daughter. He was not afraid to take on my narcissistic bully of an ex and the Tangipahoa parish court system. I use a lot of attorney services all over the country and some overseas. Stephen Rue is the best attorney I have dealt with in 8 years. Mr. Rue is wonderful attorney. He is easy to talk too and great in the court room. Also Jennifer is the best! She worked so hard on my son's case. It was difficult case and a long one (Not atty fault) but she never stopped getting the info my case needed. (You know the secretary does a lot of the leg work). Mr. Stephen Rue was literally an answered prayer. After going through 2 other legal representatives who failed me, only took my money, made a huge mess of my case & did not have a single care about me or my children, I cried out to God in prayer for a lawyer who could help me, a lawyer that actually cared about what I had going on. I ran across Stephen Rue on Google and it said “open 24 hours” I called the number around 8pm & poured my heart & needs out to the receptionist that answered the phone. She even seemed to care and show concern for my situation after a 10 minute phone call. Mr. Stephen literally beeped in while I was still on the phone with his receptionist. He listened to me, he understood I was hurt and an emotional wreck. He told me to come see him the very next morning. After I met with him I knew he was the answer to my prayer. The same day I retained him as my attorney & he immediately began filings. Like within a few hours of our meeting. He was honest and open with me even if I didn’t like what he said. He coached me through an ugly mess of a custody battle that he had to clean up after the first two ladies. He gave me the best advice that he knew would help me win & I listened to him. When we finally made it to trial almost a year later, Mr. Stephen’s words were “I can’t wait, I’m looking forward to it.” So calm and professional, yet so dominant and intimidating. He annihilated the opposing side. He backed the opposing side down before lunch break. Returning from lunch, defeat was written all over their faces. They knew they could not win, not with Stephen Rue & God on my side. We did not come to lose! My baby is home where she belongs and I am her domiciliary parent. If you like first class, Mr. Stephen is your man! Don’t hesitate to contact Mr. Stephen if you are in it to win! Money well spent. I am forever thankful for Mr. Stephen.

This is by far the worst attorney. My case is over and was charged for every second that he spent with me ( which was hardly ever) at a hefty price. The right thing to do is call your client and let them know that everything is done. All I got was a bill with not even a thank you!!! Apparently my case was not a money maker for him.
