This "Law Firm" is an absolute sham. I came to these people in a great deal of debt. They told me that for $1500 they could negotiate with the IRS and alleviate a lot of that debt. They assured me that they would save me AT LEAST 1500 dollars, but probably much more. She even laughed when she said it, as if it was obvious. I had already paid someone else to file all of my taxes, so there was nothing left to do but negotiate with the IRS. I dealt primarily with Bob Lettow, who doesn't really seem to be an expert in anything besides messing everything up. I dropped off all of the paperwork regarding my taxes and the receptionist made copies. About 5 days later, when I emailed to check on their progress, I was informed that they had lost all of said paperwork. They asked if I could come by again to let them make a new set of copies. I should have known then how much worse things could get, but I was staying optimistic. I obliged, obviously, and then the waiting game began. For months I would send emails that would oftentimes go unanswered and (when they were responded to) they would be confusing. Often, the email responses were from other people, including Bob's wife. After far too long of this back-and-forth, I received a "concluding email" about how, after strenuous effort, they could save me zero dollars and zero cents. They did, however, offer to set me up on a payment plan with the IRS-- something I already knew how to do since I have a brain and had already been to IRS.gov before in my life. I asked them to clarify that they could do nothing to help me, which they did, and then informed me that I would be getting no money back because of the time they put in. HA! What a joke. tl;dr I came to these people to try to get out of debt with the IRS, and left over 10 MONTHS later with the knowledge that they could not help me and that in addition to the money I owed the IRS, I now had 1500 dollars fewer to start paying them with!

My case: a CC company misreported a business income under my SSN. I had no affiliation to this business so I reached out the Square company and had them corrected the 1099k then I mailed them to the IRS. after 1.5 year trying resolving my case with the IRS on my own and calling them weekly and trying to have them review all documents I sent, I had no luck and my case went to collection. I had no option but to hire a law firm and I'm glad I found Bryson Law Firm LLC. It took 1 phone call with Brandon to explain my case and 3 months later my case is resolved. Everyone I spoke with at this office was super friendly, respectful and professional! I highly recommend this firm !

To me they were less than concerned. We had several emails go unanswered only to have Kayla inform us they were in her spam folder. I do not feel the accounting department completed a job they were paid to do and I felt they wanted to push us off. I would not suggest going with them.

I received nothing but kind service. I brought up several employer discrepancies, but my wallet wasn't large enough for a tax and what you can pay for in attorney fees. Not only do they know your income; but what you can afford going forward. After 5 trips to their office which should have taken two; my taxes were completed with me owing over $15,000 above what I had already paid in fed/state and FICA payroll with each pay check. I have never owed this much to the Federal Government. I asked on every visit my health care concerns. On the last letter from the IRS, a clear oversight from Bryson; I didn't bother going back. If you are in the $150k plus income bracket, this could be the law firm/tax people for you only because you might be in a position to afford more.
