I contacted Mr. Aswell 3 days before my return back home to Virginia. Needless to say, within 2 days I scheduled an Impromptu meeting to discuss representation for my brother’s workman’s COMP injury. As usual for me, I always do lots of research to determine credibility, reputation, and final outcomes. I returned to my home in Virginia, after knowing that we had selected one of Louisiana’s best attorneys. I was confident that we selected Derek and his Team based on loyalty and experience, and not based on a big brick and mortar business theory, with high overhead. As a military retiree and Retired Administrative Officer with the Federal Government, I appreciated Mr. Aswell’s professionalism, dedication, loyalty, and guidance during the time it took to settle the case. My brother was happy with his settlement, and I would highly recommend Broussard and David to anyone that needs an experience, successful, and professional attorney.

Not only do I work at the firm, but I also have had cases with Jerome Moroux. He and his staff are amazing. They are hard workers and have taken care of me in so many ways. Not only is Jerome a great boss, he is one of the best attorneys in the firm. We have an awesome set of attorneys here ready to give 100%. This may be long, but necessary. As my case is ongoing, I must say that I have received nothing less than incredible care, professionalism, friendliness, and warmth from this office over the last 14 or so months. Derek Aswell and his paralegal team Danielle and Donna have been so touching to my life and I'm eternally grateful for the care I've received thus far and know I will continue to receive. They just brought on a new paralegal, Jamie, who I know after meeting will be just as well as they are.
