If you want the best, this is where you go. He is Honest, and fair. What he isn't, is the ambulance chaser looking to squeeze every last dollar from you.

Even though Mr. Mere agreed to take my case, it was never given the precedence it needed. Details were missed and at the time I was unaware of the mistakes that were made that delayed my case and cost me money. As time went on, it was evident that other cases at the firm were more important than mine. Not only were the wrong documents prepared and sent on my behalf but I was not advised of my legal rights throughout the process to make an educated decision. I dealt mostly with the paralegal and secretary who gave very brief descriptions of what was being shuffled between me and them. I am a professional myself and believe that customer service is paramount and includes ensuring clients are aware of and understand everything they are asked to sign and the ramifications of such. I believe a lawyer’s duty is to explain the judicial process to their clients because after all, they are legal advocates for you. None of this was done effectively and I ultimately relieved Mr. Mere of his duties after 5 months of time and plenty of expenses for a simple case that should have been settled much more quickly and efficiently. I do not recommend Mr. Mere to anyone with a small case seeking justice. It is unfortunate that I feel compelled to share this experience but am doing so for the sake of others who may be seeking legal assistance when the personal cost is high but the retainer is not.
