Worst law firm ever. I was in a car accident, where the driver of the other vehicle cut over in front of me. There was a police report that clearly stated that an off duty officer was waving his hands around in the air, which caused the other driver to quickly change lanes, while braking. I provided them with all of my medical records and bills. Their law firm said that they would be able to get a hold of the police report and I would not be charged anything, unless they were able to get a positive ruling in the case. After calling them every month for 6 months, they finally told me that the other insurance company said that I was at fault. I kept asking if they had obtained the police report and they kept saying that they were going to get it. After a year, they sent me a bill for $300. I called them 3 times asking why I had the bill and they claimed that it was for requesting my medical records (which I provided to them!). I asked them how I could pay the bill, because at that point, I was just fed up with them and wanted to never have to hear from them again. They said they would call me back, but they never did. The law firm failed at all aspects. I would recommend that everyone stay far away from them. They make plenty of false promises and do not follow through on any of them. Luckily, workers compensation covered all my expenses, otherwise, the law firm would have resulted me in having large debts, due to their gross incompetence and negligence.

Other lawyers I interviewed told me my case was complicated. Glenn Armentor told me my case was complex but they had the experts in they huge firm that would know exactly what to do. We did exactly what he mentioned and in less than a year settled my case for more Money than I thought possible. Do yourself a favor, go to the biggest, and best firm in the Acadiana area first and only. I'm happy I did. Thanks Glenn
