In my opinion very rude and unprofessional. You’re told to let him know if you have any questions and when you do your case is dropped and your question goes unanswered. I then received a letter stating I was responsible for paying him back $300 even though I had NOT signed my contingency fee contract. I should have asked around before even contacting this attorney. Total waste of time, and now money!

Kyle was very forward with helping myself. He was aggressive with the insurance company. Had all of my bases covered. For every curve ball the insurance company threw at me. Kyle would hit a home run!!
He prepared myself with all the in’s and outs of different approach’s, that the insurance company would try. If someone ever asks me for legal advice. I’ll send them to Brant & Sherman. Very satisfy customer 👍🏼
