Great communication, very friendly and always on top of everything

Kim Sour was amazing! I called and she was very professional, knowledgeable and got the job done! We had a win bc of her! She was eager to help in every way possible and made the whole process super easy for us! Highly recommended!

I was very hesitant at first because I had never used a lawyer for anything before. I was just so besides myself and really had no other choice so I made the call. After making the call I met with Jason the very next day. From the time I walked in I felt welcomed by Missy and every time after. Always consistent and she was never in a bad mood. You kinda get to meet a lot of the team and they are all great. My process was kinda long but they did everything they could to help me and it was very rewarding. They became family and I’m forever grateful for them. Especially Jason and Rusty. I could call them anytime and they would talk to me or would return my calls. I know I probably got on their nerves with my anxiety but no matter if I called them crying they would take the time out to listen and reassure me and that matters the most during difficult times having the support you need. They even called to check on me after surgeries. Renee and John were also great. Rusty is truly one of a kind lol. They will always be my go to if I ever would need a lawyer again and will always RECOMMEND them. Also a little fyi for those injured, they have comfortable seating everywhere

Still with my lawyer so far its been 3 years

I worked with this firm after developing esophageal cancer and they truly gave me the feeling that I would win in a lawsuit against Zantac manufacturers. I was told they would handle my case personally and separately from a class action type of case.I sent them all my information as well as actual partially filled Zantac bottles I had used. As soon as they got all of this they turfed me off to another law firm who took my case and buried it in with a class action lawsuit. No more personal attention, I was told not to contact them, they would contact me. A judge in Florida threw out the claims of 50,000 in the class action and as soon as that happened I received a mass emailing saying they were dropping me and anyone else and basically they said they did not want to waste any more money on me. I would never use this firm again, they are untruthful and dishonorable. Thomas P. Baker

John Jefcoat takes time to thoroughly explain things in detail. He cares about his clients healing and getting back to feeling like themselves. He works with top notch doctors and they communicate immediately and Mr. Jefcoat calls to check on me and knows where I’m hurting and what my tests show and the doctor says. He really cares. I haven’t had to deal with this long term attorney client situation before but he has made this easier for me. At the beginning my anxiety was so bad I couldn’t eat or sleep for week. I was traumatized I didn’t trust anyone. Now I completely trust him all his office and the doctors. I know I’m in good hands. Thank you for helping me and making this traumatic event livable and thank you for caring for me and my family.
