Extremely disappointed. It's super hard to talk to them—every time, I had to call tons of times and leave countless voicemails just to get a response. They seem too busy taking on more cases and running ads rather than working on existing ones. My lawyer, Matthew, promised over 5 weeks ago the case would close in 4 weeks, but after being ghosted, I was told to wait another 30 days. All they do is throw excuses at me, even though this was a simple case—other driver's fault, payout agreed months ago. No follow-through, broken promises, and endless delays.
