We didnt have to go to court, we ended up settling for 20k. A lot of that went to bills but even after everything and the 33.3% commission I still recieved 8k, which is great considering it was a relatively small settlement. I was able to persue medical diagnostics and treatment without worry and Bart Bernard's firm was very informative and helpful the whole way along, ensuring they had my best interests at heart and that i got the best deal in the end.

Highly recommend Bart and his team! Zero issues with getting answers whether him or his staff. He has proven good things can be done that other attorney’s claimed wasn’t possible. I am referring him to all my friends and family! He has even helped the Vietnamese community even though there was a language barrier that was no problem.
