One call literally took all of the stress away. I was hesitant about contacting an attorney but, I was stressed out trying to deal with the insurance company on my own. Kelly was amazing and got me connected with an attorney immediately. Katherine Landry was extremely helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of. I was extremely pleased with the service from beginning to end.

Very disappointed in this law firm. I was involved in a hit and run accident. A man passed a red light and slammed into me between the drivers side and back passenger side going about 52 miles per hour... Totalled my car with 2 notes left to pay it off. I did get his lic plate number and the cops found him. I called Morris Bart's law firm and ended up with an attorney that didn't do ANYTHING to help me. He sent me to different doctors. Come to find out MY insurance company was paying for everything. Not the man that hit me. I now have 3 disc that has moved out of place in my lower back.. hurting me very bad. I can't pick up my grandson without shooting pain. My attorney then told me that my police report didn't have enough info, so the mans ins company was fighting it and I was not getting 1¢. I fired him. I'm gathering my info to get another attorney and come to find out, my police report was never done... so how did this attorney supposably get this report .. HE DIDN'T, he lied to me. Oh and he would never call me, I would have to call him every time I wanted to know what was going on with my case. I spoke to the cop that came to the wreck and (recorded) the phone call with him admitting that he dropped the ball and never wrote the report, saying their system was down and he forgot to do it. So I ended up with a totalled vehicle that I was almost finished paying it off, I now have a $550 car note for 7 yrs, a hurt back that if the epidural shots don't help I may need surgery, 20% of all medical bills that my insurance didn't pay, I now have to pay, missed days at work with no pay, pain and mental anguish, and I can't enjoy my grandkids like I use to. All because of a phone call to Morris Bart's office. I never spoke to M. Bart. I guess my case wasn't a million dollar case, so I got one of the leftover attorneys. A wasted 3 months! Now I'm in the process of finding a attorney that will help me and not push me to the side and tell me things that wasn't true. I don't recommend this firm! It's about how much $ money is in it for them... Bottom line!

Morris Bart took good care of me and made the process go by smooth. Special thanks to Mr.Lieberman for all of his hard work! I will be coming back if I ever need.
