Everyone at this firm has been very helpful but there is one gentlemen who definitely goes above and beyond every single time we speak! Johnny Chaillot is awesome in every way! You just know he has your best interest at heart, that he is on your team, and will do everything in his power to ease your mind when needed and answer anything at all you’re wondering about! I never feel rushed or like I’m being bothersome and I always end our calls feeling more confident and reassured than before! I went in today to speak to someone about my auto accident and to find an attorney that would help me. I had the pleasure to sit and talk to Larke Landry. She was so pleasant and went over everything that I needed to know. Larke made me feel like I am important and not just another client. 3 stars due to : My first assigned lawyer was unprofessional, rude and lacked any compassion for me whatsoever. I had asked for our communication to be through text and she called, repeatedly ignoring my request and was incredibly quip with me. I also was the one to obtain traffic footage of my accident with no help whatsoever from her. They reassigned me to a new lawyer unbeknownst to me. I had to call when the new paralegal texted me to inform me that my first lawyer was “no longer with the company” so I assume she quit or was fired. I was not informed of this until I myself called and asked. My new lawyer, Victor was very professional yet short and blunt. It did slightly intimidate me every time I had to make contact with him. That being said, he was extremely professional, explained the processes I was to go through in a way I understood clearly. I would recommend him. He does get the job done albeit not in the most friendly way in my opinion. But remember, they are there to work - not be a friend. So take that with a grain of salt. My paralegal Elizabeth I wish I could rate separately. She was AMAZING.10/10 So sweet and easy to communicate with. I felt like she genuinely cared and went above and beyond for me and was extremely responsive to any questions I had, always called me back when I left a voicemail. She was an absolute delight and I hope she goes incredibly far in her career. Sweet and reliable. For the company itself, the rates are a bit high. They took 35%. My case took about 10ish months to resolve as I had to go through a lot of appointments and medical care. For anyone reading this, I do recommend finding a more local/private lawyer with lower rates. I was very shook up after my car accident and they are the first to pop up on google when searching for a lawyer. Make sure to do things with a calm and collected thought process and do your research before signing ANYTHING! DO NOT RUSH! At the end of the day, I’m as healed as can be and I was happy with the outcome of my case.

Lark was extremely attentive and an utmost professional. While I understand much legalese, Lark used layman terms to explain the process; for that, I am appreciative. Lark is truly an asset the firm! Also, Kiana was extremely helpful with connecting us with Lark!

Getting into an accident is already so stressful- but having to deal with insurance companies who are trying to NOT help you/ makes it even worse! I’m so thankful that I had Ms Alexis to help me navigate this whole process. I literally just had to go where she told me to go. And I didn’t have to fuss with any insurance companies- or get jacked around by any drs offices. I would 100% call Laborde Earles injury lawyers again if I ever got into another accident. (But let’s pray I don’t need to!)
