Great office with great staff

God fearing man, Very professional and caring.

0/10 would not recommend. Their office was not thorough in my case. Little to NO attention was paid to pertinent matters of my case when proposing a settlement offer on my behalf. Made me feel like my case wasn’t important to them. Seemingly in the business to just to get a few dollars from “lawyer fees” by doing the bare minimum - NOT focused on what the client actually deserves. Advised me to just “settle” because Valex did not want to go to trial. Horrible experience. I regret doing business with this firm.

I was involved in a car accident two years ago and contacted Donnie right at the time suit had to be filed. He said he would file the suit for me and did so last minute. I didn’t have to call his office to get them to do something. They handled it and contacted me when they needed information from me. They settled my claim for the policy limits and one year later I picked up my check. Very happy with the results. Would recommend his firm gladly.
