Mr. Colonna helped my sisters and I with some encroachments on our land. He was extremely helpful, kept us informed through out the process, was efficient and reasonable. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to family and friends.

I cannot recommend Jacob enough. He is not your typical lawyer out to get as much of your money as possible. Don’t let his smaller firm make you think he is not as good. When you deal with him you are not covering the overhead of a larger firm where they bill you for every person who passes an eye over your case. The first thing he did was to recommend I talk to a mediator (providing two possible ones) to save me money that he could have easily charged. Once I finished with the mediator (Marilyn Williams at Best Life Counseling ‘definitely reach out’) Jacob worked up my paperwork and submitted it to the court, keeping me posted along the way of the progress. I was able to work with both Jacob and Marilyn for less than the base retainer of the next closest firm. Remember, this is a small firm with just Jacob and his answering service so the best way to reach out to him is through email.
