I can't speak highly enough of both Mr. Suddeth and Mr. Fourcade. Nearly a decade and well over half a dozen (just about all) of "the top" domestic attorneys in town later, this firm was the first who was not only competent, but actually cared about and respected me. With every odd unfairly stacked against me, they were able to reverse some of the unbelievable injustices done in my case at the appeals court level. Before finding this firm I lost hundreds of thousands of dollars and more importantly, my case has suffered tremendously with a devastating impact to my children and myself. My advice to anyone facing family court is to trust Suddeth and Associates over every other attorney in the area. My only regret is having not known about them when my battle first began. In family court, your children's lives are at stake and believe me, you cannot afford to get it wrong. This legal firm has been representing me since 2019. They accommodate me around my situation and hardships and even hired a private investigator to find me when they didn’t have an updated phone number or address.
