Talks about good talk. Pretty good attorney. Female front staff is difficult and can be flat out rude. Sorry to say that, but I've talked to a few who agree eith this part. Your customer is first... so be friendly.. instead of just hanging up.

After giving a retainer fee to Mr.Stegeman, he never called to help work my case. Then when I emailed him multiple times and called leaving voicemails to let him know that I didn't want a continuance on my child custody case he proceeded to do it, the morning of when I drove 3 ½ hours from Pearl Ms to go to court. I have also sent multiple email letting him know THAT I HAVE TERMINATED HIM AS MY ATTORNEY. and I want my retainer fee back immediately. I would never use him again.

Not sure if that unreasonable woman even understands business in this day and age. I can say that Mr Stegeman only produces smiles not rude ; inconsiderate people. Old or young he gets the job done. I’d give him 8 stars ⭐️ out of 5 🤔. Other words best legal team this side of the Mississippi

Him & his team was the Best! I came to him, paid my money up front. He worked my case, respond to me very quickly. I had absolutely NONE whatsoever problems with him. At this point, he is losing stars by the minute...We had a scheduled phone call appointment this morning at 8 am, I have called his office 3 times, it is now 9:38 am and I have yet to talk to him about time sensitive information. Not looking too good, at this point! Keep following! 10/6 11:15 am - still no contact! This is a scam! Run, run, run and buyer beware! In response to your reply Mr. Stegeman, you made excuses on the phone when you did finally call me back, and finally agreed that you did not hold up your end of the deal and that is why you are refunding my money. Yes, I get heated, when people say that they are going to do something and then don't do it and leave the situation worse than it was when it was presented to you. I wish you only the best, but you understood my situation when we spoke on the consultation. Your people set up scheduled phone calls to both my daughter and myself and you did not honor any of them, then when you did finally call me back, you used the excuse of the hurricane when I spoke to you yesterday, a hurricane that isn't even going to impact us. So, when you take on a case, that involves custody of an infant child, and you do nothing, how is a person supposed to respond to your careless attitude.
