Let me start by saying, Joseph Miller was literally a Godsend! After a disasterous year with a randumly selected attorney, I had the good fortune to be recommended and meet with Joe and his senior partner Ben Saunders. Almost immediately, from the level of their professionalism to the personal interest and consideration they exhibited, I knew I'd found gold. However, what I couldn't have known in the beginning, was the four year legal nightmare that would unfold and the impact Joe's intrinsic dedication and caring compassion would have on my life. Mr. Saunder's put it best when we finally went to mediation saying, "Joe didn't just take your case, Joe lived your case!" I can't say enough about how impressive and reassurring the knowledge, responsiveness and determination displayed by my Council was in the face of adversity. Honestly, I don't know how I would have gotten through that period without Joe's mild-mannered yet laser sharp approach. It's impossible for me to conceive a single reason why I wouldn't entrust my welfare to Joseph Miller again had I to do over.
