Atty. Jess is worth all the commendation he receives from all his clients. He does not treat me as a regular client but you can feel his honesty and sincerity as a person. He can be very friendly with his legal advice and does not make other promises just to have financial gain over honest service. I have recommended Atty. Jesse helped me obtain permanent residency in the United States. The process was easy and he was always available for questions and concerns during the process. I married my wife in the Philippines in 2011. I started my process late due to finances. I applied on my own but had difficulty with the affidavit of support.
