WOW!!! Where do I start? I'll start at the beginning. 2020, 2022...DENIED by SSA. I called LBJ Law Firm after a "pop-up" on my phone while trying to find a new representative for my disability claim. The first person I spoke with was attentive, informative and patient. She told me that someone from their office would call me. Heather returned my call. After speaking with Heather, I sent her EVERYTHING that she requested. After receiving the information (records, authorizations, signatures), Heather begin to assemble my file for Atty. Christy Crotwell. Christy was a joy to communicate with!! After dealing with the SSA and being "dropped" by another law firm, Christy assured me that she would do ALL that she could to get what I deserved.
