I was rear-ended twice in six months. I was injured both times, including concussions for both. I was feeling very overwhelmed trying to settle two insurance claims by myself and keep everything straight. I live 3 hours from Metairie but heard great things about Joey from word of mouth. Calling Joey was the best decision. Karen, his assistant, was extremely helpful and patient sorting through all of the paperwork I sent over! Joey was very informative and was very easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions and got back to me the same day I called or first thing the next morning if I called later in the day. Emails were also answered promptly. His office contacted me to see how I was feeling every few weeks. I even got a Christmas card from the law firm personally signed by Joey. You feel like family instead of a client here. I actually recommended Joey to a couple who was recently in a hit a run. They called to thank me for the recommendation stating they are pleased with his professionalism and level of empathy he has for his clients.
