I'd recommend April Gongora Brown to anybody selling their home in the New Orleans area. I listed my home in the Marigny Triangle with April at the beginning of the COVID19 Pandemic and I still don't think it would have been possible to have a better experience selling a home, even under normal conditions. April got the house on the market quickly, advised me to raise the asking price, and still managed to drum up a bidding war. We had multiple offers and the house was under contract within days. I was nervous about selling my home remotely and during a pandemic, but April was knowledgeable, confident and communicative, putting me at ease from putting the house on the market all the way through closing.
