Have met some good, client-centered attorneys in my lifetime. But, this GREED motivated p.o.s. gives the profession a BAD REPUTATION. He thought it would be fun to use NCO to harass the family (incl. my son) friends, employer of a veteran over a credit card I do not have! Now I must miss work and hire an attorney, as if I have nothing better to do.

I do not understand it.....I spoke with Eric, a manager at the company. I am trying to pay my debt bill, but I need to know how much I owe first... Twice, when I tried to ask him if there are any documents that list my balance on them he cut me off everytime while raising his voice.....What is wrong with this guy????? I'm trying to PAY my debt, not CHALLENGE it!!!!
