They suck. Don't answer or return phone calls. I've actually called and the number I was given said I had won a Visa gift card and another number was just a no answer that sounded like a fax machine.....

I've called and called and called. Always get an answering machine. Left my return number, and no return call. I want to pay my dept but I can't speak anyone about it.

If I can give a negative Star I would. They never answer their phones, they lie and say they called and left message when they didn’t. I have been calling and calling both the person who holds the case whom never answer his ext. and pressing 1 to be connected to the front desk. All it do is rings then give me a busy signal. I mean that’s better then them picking up the phone and hanging up like they have done once before. This is a sorry place. Ima stop here. Moma always said if you have nothing nice to say keep it to yourself. Soooooo .................
