Don’t EVER! Let these ppl represent you! Darren Sarphie was my attorney & he never returned any phone calls or emails! I went to the office several times he didn’t even have the common courtesy to even come out to meet face to face so yes I’ve NEVER seen his face! These ppl are very unprofessional I really believe those other reviewers are fake Bc they were nothing like the reviews said! Stay Away!

I feel my case is not being handled aggressively enough. I feel I'm being worked against instead of for by my attorney. Before i even saw my doctor he wanted me to settle for a mere $5000. Saying i could go out and have an accident. It would be in my best interest. I went to my Neuro surgeon...neck and back surgery is needed. Made me get a second opinion....again..neck and back surgery needed. If i would have settled it would have messed my life up completely moreso than it is now because of negligence on the employers part and fora mere $5000.00. Tired of never receiving phone calls when i leave message after message and all i hear from him is...oh that's why my secretary isn't here anymore. 5!!!!! I don't think it's the secretaries!!!!!!!!
