It took just two meetings to deal with this long dreaded task. In the first meeting, Chip explained our options in a calm, friendly, non threatening way. As an engineer, I am familiar with the propose/review/revise cycle, and was expecting to correct errors and do another round. Everything was error-free, ready to sign and organized. We left with a binder of signed original documents that included step by step instructions.

My wife Laura and I worked with Chip and his team to finalize complicated legal and tax estate planning documents. After describing our basic goals, they made it easy to understand the many different approaches we could take in the proper preparation of all of the documents needed for Estate Planning, including Wills, Legal Power of Attorney, etc. We were provided with documented step-by-step instructions to follow when any of the legal documents are needed.
