I slip and fell in a grocery store, really hurt myself worst than I thought. Went in for a knee scope to help with the pain, now I've got to have a full knee replacement... They've got the best team, and the 2 ladies that run the front office are very informative and on top of everything!!

Almost impossible to get someone to call you back.Left messages several days in a row and still no call back. Not understanding at all during the early stages of this COVID-19 pandemic and being scared and anxious to go to treatment. Very disappointed in the communication with my "lawyer" ***Update: 12/3. It's been over a month of leaving several messages and still didn't get to speak with anyone. Finally got a call back only for her to tell me absolutely nothing. That she needed to contact the adjuster again and would get back with me. The person I am supposed to speak with is always out of the office. I have left several messages for someone to just call and let me know whats going on. This has been a regrettable experience
