He is just a wannabe TikToker who wishes he was a lawyer. If I could put a negative amount of stars, I would. Keith and Devin are two of the most unprofessional dolts I have ever encountered. Not only is Keith a coward, but he is a liar and a fraud. To preface this review, I chose him as my retainer for a DWI case. I live out of state and had to choose a lawyer quickly. This was a huge mistake. I read reviews to aid in my decisions on things of this nature. I was wrong to believe any of his reviews on his page because they are all false. He has even used the cartoon show "Southpark" as a reference for legal material if that tells you what kind of lawyer he is. Now, if that's the kind of childlike representation you want, by all means, Keith is your guy. If you want to get out of your charges or have your lawyer actually accomplish something, I warn you heavily to seek representation elsewhere. I blew under the legal limit in a grey area where I am presumed to be under the influence and yet he was still too afraid to fight it because he does not trust himself to win. After I found out Keith was too cowardly to accomplish what I asked him to do, I sought alternative representation. This really hurt his little feelings, and he decided to steal $4950 from me from the egregious initial amount of $5950 for a first offense, misdemeanor DWI. He is a sad little man with a big ego, and I hope he is humbled sooner than later. All the college he accomplished scraping by and cheating people will not help him. I figured I'd bring up his schooling because apparently, just the fact that he went to college, I was supposed to pay him $4950, not for any work done. When I confronted him about my refund of $1000 and an itemized bill (which I still haven't received and I guess never will), he told me a story of an electrician that got power back running at a factory; the customer was unhappy, so they asked for an itemization, and it came back with $2499 worth of knowledge and $1 of turning a screw. Now I get his analogy, but in my situation, he accomplished literally nothing; he stated in a previous response that he had gotten back video discovery, which is 100% a lie because my new retainer is working on getting it back. He was nowhere near finishing my case, he had barely even started nearly a year later. He needs to stop spending so much time and effort on editing his little TikTok videos and focus on how to actually be a lawyer. I'm really starting to contemplate going to whichever law school he attended because they will let literally anybody graduate from there. Needless to say, just use somebody else.

My husband was killed this past year and it was so difficult for my family. My son was attested for DWI but scored under the legal limit. We paid this man over $6000.00. He took my son’s money, then in a phone meeting, seemed unclear on the facts of his case, had forgotten that my son blew under the legal limit, and his college got my son’s name wrong. After 10 months of trying to get Mr. Whiddon to act on his behalf, my son had to retain another attorney. He asked for a refund and Mr. Whiddon offered him $1000.00. His unprofessional colleague smacked his food while on a phone call and because my son asked him to stop, Mr. Whiddon accused my son of being rude. He was unable to keep his composure in a meeting today with my son, lost his temper and when asked why he was being so hostile, kicked my son out of his office. Do not use this man, if you get a DUI or DWI. He will not want to fight it. In addition to losing a husband, a father, and now potentially his job, my son and I are faced with pursuing arbitration or just taking a $5000.00 loss. Hard to accept, while seeing Mr. Whiddon’s significant other brag on social media about diamonds being her love language. Absolutely, sickens me. Mr. Whiddon’s response below clearly demonstrates that he is feeling defensive about my review. Take heed.

They were great in helping me expunge my record in preparation for nursing school. They also made clear that I could contact them in the future regarding wording on applications, etc. I would recommend their services to anybody seeking an expungement. They were very helpful and communicated with me throughtout the entire process. I am happy that I chose this law office.
