The worst worker's compensation lawyer I've ever had. He want you to sign a contract that's allows him to get some of the other lawyer's settlement. Which in return makes it harder to obtain another lawyer after you fire him. He doesn't spend any money on the case, he just takes it. He was always asking me about my doctor's appt, instead of looking at my medical records. I've asked multiple times about a request for another doctor or a IME(Independent Medical Evaluation). He didn't want to do it. He also talks over you while you are talking. He ask me how I'm feeling and I tell him I'm in pain and he said it's just soreness. He told me to check with Medicaid about my leg when I'm on worker comp for MY LEG. He was trying to rush me into a settlement. He only included lost wages for my settlement. No mileage reimbursement, no future medical benefits, just lost wages and he calculated that wrong. I texted him so he could terminate the contract I was talking about earlier and no response. He doesn't even have a secretary. So he is either struggling financially or he is cheap. I believe it's the latter. Go to Ross Downs or Gordon McKernan for worker compensation. Theodore Coenen is a crooked lawyer. You have been warned.

Ted Coenen was very professional and easy to work with on my disability case. Of course nothing is guaranteed, but he WON my case! I highly suggest hiring him when needing help; especially with a disability case.
