During the past year, we have come to know and respect Daniel Cummins. Serving as lawyer for my daughter during a very emotional time, he has been a rock.He has provided a comfort zone for all of us. He has given excellent legal advice which has allowed my daughter to have a peace which was definitely needed. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who has come to a place in there life where legal advice is needed.

I can’t say enough good about Dan. A year ago, I came to him broken and unable to think clearly much less process what was going on. Right off the bat, he showed me how much he cared. He went above and beyond to make me feel that my case was his top priority. I received weekly emails from him checking on me to make sure everything was alright, and I knew that I could email or call him (or his assistant, Cassie) at any time. Over this past year, he has never let me or my children down. He has always put my children’s best interest first, even when I might not have fully agreed. He explained everything to me multiple times to ensure that I understood what was happening as well as what was coming soon in the process. He knows what he is doing, and I trusted him fully. When I needed him to advocate for my children and me, he was there. I am so thankful for his guidance through this nightmare in my life. There are no words that would truly show how lucky I feel to have had Dan as my attorney.

I cannot stress enough the importance of a good attorney. I had the misfortune of hiring an attorney who absolutely drained me financially and treated me as an afterthought. He has been a shining star during my high pressure negotiations, court, and depositions with my ex husband regarding serious matters relating to our children, he has put my mind at ease, and been a true advocate for us. I can't say enough about Dan and his firm, and the level of class and professionalism they posses. You won't go wrong hiring them, especially Dan, for any legal matters you might be dealing with.

I highly recommend Mr. Dan Cummins. After talking with three other attorneys, a friend referred me to Mr. Cummins. He was willing to listen to my concerns and after my first visit, I knew I was going to be ok. I left his office at peace because I knew he was a genuine and caring person.
