Would definitely recommend Mr. Romero with all of your legal situations, especially if they are regarding child custody. He was very professional, fast with my case, and handled my child custody case very well. I will definitely call Mr. Romero for any future legal problems if need be. It’s hard to find a lawyer these days who actually listens to your concerns and cares about the best interests of children, but Mr. Romero exceeded my expectations and genuinely cared. If I could give 100 stars I would! I couldn't have found a better attorney. I desperately needed someone who would fully understand my case and fight for my children and I in the court room. I live out of state and my case was local to Iberia Parish. This made my situation even harder, especially when initially looking for counsel. I made a mistake and hired the first attorney that was willing and able to take my case, and that ended up putting us months behind, when time was of the essence. My mother and I took about a month and really dug into researching a better option and came across Mr. Romero's website and Google reviews. I immediately scheduled a consultation and knew right away I wanted to retain Mr. Romero to represent me. I was grateful he decided to take my case as it was considered "high conflict". Boy was it ever! Shane stepped right in and immediately started fighting. He found issues that should have been addressed initially while I was represented by the former "attorney". My case was grueling and tedious and downright exhausting at times. It was also a very emotional situation for me as a mother. Shane was both diligent, compassionate and reassuring throughout the entire process. He knows the law and is willing to fight for it in the courtroom. He made sure to explain everything I was unsure of and kept me informed every step of the way. His father was the local Sheriff for sometime in Iberia Parish and I know he is looking down with pride as Shane fights for what is right.
