So my boyfriend used them for an auto accident and… not only was I lied to the entire time, while they were “settling” on an amount the auto insurance company sent me some paperwork that stated they were already willing to pay him 25k … so eventually this lawyer took the 25k and didn’t try for any more than that.. needless to say this was a complete scam after 7 months they didn’t get me any more money than the insurance company already was willing to pay, then they took half 12.5k for absolutely nothing at all because I never needed them to help me get a settlement, I just needed someone to fight for more … they aren’t willing to do the work if they don’t have to, boyfriend finally got his check.. a lousy 6k out of all of it, check arrived with a staple in it so I had to cash it at a check cashing place and pay an extra 700 dollars because of their mistake, they definitely didn’t care about that and never offered to send a check that wasn’t ruined…. I would definitely call any lawyer except these people, they are just out to get as much money out of you as possible… 50% or more.. if you like being screwed over than this is the oneeee… otherwise you would be better off calling Brown and Brown

Irresponsables y no les interesa más que su propio beneficio, querían sacarle dinero a mi seguro cuando no fuimos los culpables o sacarle dinero al seguro de un familiar, les dije que no tocaran mi seguro porque me aumentaba mi prima y en este momento no me lo puedo permitir, dicen que no debes pagar nada y después que si la aseguradora culpable no responde debes pagar tú mismo todas las consultas médicas a las que ellos te mandan a que den masajes por $300 o $400 por cada consulta, después de que les pedí que se retire. Para arreglar directo con el seguro culpable dejan de contestar te desvían llamadas y no mandan la carta, he intentado comunicarme con ellos y dejado mensajes y no responden no resuelven, el peor servicio NO LOS CONTRATES

The Minias law firm was very adamant on accomplishing our case for us. They know the law! They confidently ensured us that we would win our case and we did! I appreciated how they kept in touch when they could. If there was anything that could have been done a bit better, it would probably have been the communication throughout this process. It was a lengthy amount of time and we did find ourselves out of the loop a few times on what was happening. We unfortunately had to contact the firm a few times for updates on our case. Unknowingly, it was all being handled mostly behind the scenes. I think for myself, I would have preferred to be in the know for every negotiation and opposing conversation; however, it was all handled in the end and handled in a professional manner. We will definitely return to this law firm if we have any other disputes!

Pésimo el servicio una chica que su nombre es eatefania responde siempre con malas palabras y mala actitud,la última vez me dijo que yo tenia que pagarle a las clinicas,nunca responden llevan un año con mi caso sin resolver nada y se enfurecen cuando se llama,tome el caso porque una venezolana me lo dio la sugerencia luego entendí que ella trabajaba para ellos o sea conveniencia,más no eficacia....pésimo servicio..
