Ben Varadi represented New Orleans Bulldog Rescue in a suit regarding a breach of contract for one of our adoptions. He was nice enough to take it on pro bono, but regularly failed to respond to our inquiries about the case, lied about how much worked he had put in on the case, and failed to recover the money we were obviously entitled to (not to mention the extra hundreds of dollars we put up to file the case) because of a service issue. Would not recommend him to anyone and in fact would file charges had we paid him attorney fees.

Poor communication. Had an initial conversation with one of their attorneys. Very nice on the phone. Said he would send over a list of items needed along with his fee to move forward the next day. Never got back to me or returned any calls or emails. 2 weeks behind on our project now and starting from square one. This is the second time this has happened with this firm over the past 6 months.
