Do not hire this firm. There are so many better options for business, estate, and succession law. These guys will be very little attention to your needs and will overcharge you.

I believe most of the reviews here are fake or were solicited through discounts because I had a TERRIBLE experience with this firm and ended up hiring another attorney that was half the price and did a way better job. Brad Scott was painfully slow to respond, overcharged for work, and did not provide adequate consult. The agreement Brad Scott drafted for me had so many holes that I'd consider suing him for negligence. Thankfully the next attorney I hired filled in all of the missing gaps. Do yourselves a favor and check out Ciolino & Onstott before hiring this firm.

It constantly took weeks and even a month to receive a reply or update on my case.
Mr. Offner was unable to get the entire insurance amount even though I needed several surgeries. I had to pay for my surgery and 2 years of medical bills out of pocket because AKD refused.
Mr. Offner took his fee out of my settlement and then the AKD office took additional fees as well. In the future I will choose a law firm with lower overhead fees, better lawers and a more responsive team.
