Aloha! I took a lunch with an attorney from Herman Herman & Katz not really knowing what I was doing. My case had been turned down by 2 other firm's. Within seconds of meeting Jed my Now long time attorney I felt it, a sense of peace that everything was gone be just fine. HHK has been there for me through it all, guiding and reassuring me when I felt it was all falling apart. I had to help select a firm to represent my stepfather after his offshore injury. I was impressed with the response time and also how personable Jed and his partner were. They truly seemed to care how things were handled. They sent a flower arrangement to my stepdad in the hospital. The plant, like my stepfather, are still both alive and well. I hope we never need their services again, but if so, I'd definitely call Jed!

My husband William was in a major accident in 2011, him being alive was nothing short of a miracle. He was hit my an 18 wheeler on his motorcycle in South Dakota, we had insurance through a COBRA policy from my employer overseas. Our insurance representative confirmed our coverage with the hospital, it didn't take 2 weeks for our insurance to drop us after the enormous claims started hitting the insurance company. My husband was still in critical care in South Dakota, without coverage we had no means to even get my husband back to Louisiana. We prayed and turned it over to the lord. Within a few days a local lawyer in Leesville, Louisiana called us and told us he was sending our information to Herman Herman & Katz. Our local lawyer friend had crossed paths with Mr. Jed Cain and spoke highly of his abilities, not to mention the impeccable reputation of the Herman Herman & Katz law firm. Once they agreed to represent us, I could concentrate on getting my husband to a point where he could be transported back to Louisiana ( another incredible story). We spent 66 days in the hospital and a month in a rehabilitation facility. Today my husband is a walking miracle, however, none of this would have been possible without God's grace and this law firm, Jed Cain literally saved our lives, our home, our family. We can NEVER repay him or this firm but we are fortunate that they represented us.
