John Fuller and his team recently represented me in a very serious criminal matter. Of course we won but I was highly impressed by the way their team work together to get us the results we deserved. THIS IS THEE WORST LAW FIRM I TRULY BELEIVE IN THE COUNTRY..THEY DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS AT ALL !!!!!! I HAD A DEPOSITION AND I HAVENT HEARDANYTHING ELSE SINCE THE DEPOSITION. EVERY TIME I CALL I GET TRANSFERRED TO MISTY AND I HAVE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES AND STILL NO PHONE CALL FROM HER...I DEALT WITH MANY LAW FIRMS AND I BEG ANYONE TO THINK TWICE ABOUT GETTING AKD LAW FIRM..THEN AFTER MY DEPOSITION WAS OVER MRS.DEMAREST TOLD ME THAT OH I FORGOT TO ASK YOU SOME QUESTIONS BEFORE YOUR DEPOSITION IM SORRY ABOUT THAT. SHE HAD ME COME IN 30 MINUTES BEFORE MY DEPOSITION TO GET ME READY FOR IT AND THEN AFTER IT WAS OVER SHE TELLS ME OH I FORGOT TO ASK YOU SOME QUESTIONS BEFORE YOUR DEPOSITION ..I DONTKNOW HOW THEY STAY IN BUISINESS AND KEEP THEY LAW LICENSE. We are not from New Orleans but our family had an issue in New Orleans and thought it would be best to retain someone respective to that area. My sibling was looking at a mandatory life sentence if convicted and ultimately the rest of his life depended on how clearly the facts would be presented. We are a praying/close family and I can admit that I/we wanted to know everything, every little step of the way as if that was his only case. We had never faced anything like that before and above all else we wanted someone who cared and made us feel like we (as in our family) mattered to them as a client. And he did just that. Outside of all those things the guy is just brilliant in the court room! I’m sure every trial/case has its commonality, BUT each case I’d presume is different. It’s like football when we play from home, we know everything the coach is supposed to do and who/what he is supposed to play. I was sitting in the trial thinking that he couldn’t have presented anything, anybetter! I mean he was catching details that went smooth over everyone else’s head. I’m a firm believer that certain people are gifted to do certain things and we should stay in our own lane.. this is definitely his lane. I/we are so so grateful to the person he is in AND out of the courtroom. I’d recommend him with no reservations.
