It constantly took weeks and even a month to receive a reply or update on my case.
Mr. Offner was unable to get the entire insurance amount even though I needed several surgeries. I had to pay for my surgery and 2 years of medical bills out of pocket because AKD refused.
Mr. Offner took his fee out of my settlement and then the AKD office took additional fees as well. In the future I will choose a law firm with lower overhead fees, better lawers and a more responsive team.

They not very professional at all likee ...how can u forget to send me my paperwork. Letting sit here over weeks thinking my money is coming very soon. All i know is this is my first lawyer thats located in new Orleans n this will be my last
